Should you have your home
inspected with an infrared

If you suspect that your home may
have hidden problems related to
heat, air or moisture then the answer is unequivocally, by qualified personnel (a Thermographer) with the proper equipment and under the right conditions.

What is infrared thermal imaging and why is it beneficial to homeowner?
Thermal Imaging is highly
sophisticated and advanced
technology used to detect infrared
energy waves which are outside of
our visible human light spectrum.

The beauty of this tchnology is it
provides a non-destructive and non-
invasive means of inspecting many
applications and can be used to help
detect many types of defects in
homes and their systems.

What is a non-invasive septic system inspection?

Since all of the septic system components are not accessible it is difficult to physically inspect each item.  A non- invasive inspection is helpful to determine whether the leech field, which is part of the septic system, is functioning properly.
This test involves loading the leeching field with a Fluorestien dye and 150 gallons of water.  If the leech field is not functioning properly there will be visible signs of breakout
